After reading Pat’s blog (www.smartpassiveincome.com), I’ve come to realise (an AHA moment) that I can do this (make passive income) (sorry for the () over load:)… So the first step that I shall do is to think out ideas onto paper. I shall create an awesome, uncensored mindmap. This mindmap shall have ideas born out of my passion, fears and wants or needs.

But first thing’s first, I shall have my beauty sleap (according to my girlfriend, Bradley Cooper advises to sleep 8 hours – just look at his smoking body!)

Till then, good night and I shall write again soon.

What I need is a good full face helmet and a set of permanent false teeth. So that I can look both handsome and safe.

So I’ve managed to buy parts from Singapore (Tiong Hin) to be fitted on the fly mosca frame Adam kindly donated to me.

However, the road is not at all smooth to getting back to BMX. My parts have arrived in Malaysia, but are now detained by the customs at the KLIA LCCT airport. Bummer.

This week I’ll be driving all the way down to the airport to get my parts back. And I’ll be prepared. For anyone who’s experiencing the same problem, or will be experiencing the same problem, fret not. Check out this tax schedule.

I’m parts away from relearning bunny hops.

Since watching An Inconvenient Truth for the very first time 2 years ago, my interest in our climate has steadily picked up. Tonight, after reading the eye opening chapter on ‘Gaia Capitalism’  in Richard Branson’s ‘Screw It, Let’s Do it’, I do believe with all my heart that I am enough as 1 person to create change within my circle of influence.

Alrighty, to begin with, the first idea is to support renewable energy efforts and help it be widely available.  So let’s explore more on the subject of renewable energy shall we?

However, after watching Oprah Primetime’s teaser about ‘Zappos’ whose CEO has no suit, I am certain that there is hope for the working class :)

One thing for me to note, is that the employees over at Zappos has a sense of ownership over the company they are working for. And, they remember the 10 values! Which explains why they can work and have crazy fun together, because everyone is aligned to each others vision.

Great CEO+great employees=great company. A perfect combi.

Model S

“Model S doesn’t compromise on performance, efficiency or utility — it’s truly the only car you need,” said Tesla CEO, Chairman and Product Architect Elon Musk.

What’s most valuable about the Model S is that it saves a lot of money in the long run. Model S costs roughly $5 to drive 230 miles – a bargain even if gasoline were $1 per gallon. Nice.

Speed freaks behold! Model S can get from 0 to 60mph in under 6 seconds! Blimey!

As far as accessories go, in the email that Tesla sent me, they say the Model S is equipped with a 17-inch touchscreen with in-car 3G connectivity allows passengers to listen to ‘Pandora Radio’ or consult Google Maps, or check their state of charge remotely from their iPhone or laptop. Heh Nice…

Have the moolah and you stay at a place where you can get one? See the value in having this car? Then definitely get one my friend… they’re taking orders for the 2011 delivery here.

Now I can’t say how cool this car is. My wish is that I have the resources to get this car. It would also help if it’ll be sold in Malaysia… I WANT one :)
